September 17th—Your New Digital Banking Experience Arrives!

Start planning for an all-new digital banking experience. We are upgrading our mobile and online banking platforms to give you a more modern, convenient, and secure way to manage your money — whether you bank from your computer or your phone.

Your new Digital Banking Experience launches Thursday, September 17, 2026.

We’ve created this page to help you prepare for the change. Here you’ll find important dates, login information, what you should do before launch, what to expect during the transition, and answers to common questions.

Important! You will not have access to online banking or the Bank of Easton mobile app from September 15th to the morning of September 17th.  Bill pay services will be unavailable from September 14th to the morning of September 17th.

What You Need to Know

A few important things every Digital Banking customer should know before the transition.

Most of your account information will remain intact and ready for use. This includes your transaction history, bill pay payees, scheduled payments, internal transfers, eStatement preferences, and debit card controls.

Please note: If you use nicknames for your accounts, you may need to rename your accounts once you log in to the new system.

To access Digital Banking for the first time, log in with your current user ID and password. Stored login information, facial recognition, and fingerprint recognition will be unavailable the first time you access our new system.

Before September 15, please make sure you know your current user ID and password.  You can reset your password by visiting the online banking login page at https://secure-eastoncoop.com/SignOn/Logon and selecting the Forgot your Sign-On ID option next to where you would enter your Sign-On ID.

Please call us at 508-238-1000 for assistance with your user ID.

Your current contact information is critical for the improved security features included in our new digital banking platform. For certain activities, you will be prompted for a One-Time Passcode (OTP), which we can send to your cell phone or email. You will also need to use an OTP when logging in to our new digital banking system for the first time.

Before September 15, please make sure you sign in to online banking and confirm that your cell phone and email are correct .  Sign in to your online banking at https://secure-eastoncoop.com/SignOn/Logon and select My Profile in the upper right-hand corner of the screen to access and update your contact information.

Online and Mobile Banking will be temporarily unavailable while we launch our new digital banking experience.

  • Online and Mobile Banking will be unavailable from September 15th at 10 a.m. through September 17th at 9:00 a.m.
  • Previously scheduled one-time and recurring transfers will continue to be processed during the downtime.

Bill Pay will be temporarily unavailable during the transition, and you will not be able to schedule new Bill Pay payments.
